2105.125 - Sidewalks and bikeways. The Director of Public Service is empowered to promulgate rules and regulations for the approval of site plans and capital improvement projects in order to provide for sidewalks and bikeways to increase pedestrian, bicycle and mobility device safety, accessibility and the efficiency of pedestrian, bicycle and other mobility device travel.
