Sec. 320. - Same—Certification of intention to retire. Any judge who may elect to retire under the provisions hereof shall certify to the Mayor at least one hundred and twenty days prior to the time of the election of his or her successor in office his intention to retire during or at the expiration of the term of office then held by him or her.
