§65.0211 Existing Districts Every existing district is declared valid, effective, and in compliance with this Division. Existing districts are subject to this Division rather than any provision of prior law. Adoption of a resolution levying assessments in an existing district for a fiscal year beginning on or after July 1, 2016 shall authorize and constitute the levy of assessments for the life of the existing district. (“Existing Districts” added 6-1-2016 by O-20653 N.S.; effective 7-1-2016. Former Section 65.0211 “City Council Review” repealed.)
