Sec. 20-93.2. - Ordinance approving bond sale. The ordinance authorizing the issuance of municipal bonds shall be enacted in advance of the closing of the sale. Enactment of the ordinance authorizing the issuance of the municipal bonds shall be conclusive evidence that the procedures and requirements of this article have been completely and timely met. (Ord.
