Sec. 20-93.3. - Disclosure of underwriters and dealers. Within seventy (70) days after the delivery of the proceeds from a sale of municipal bonds, the underwriter managing the transaction shall submit to the manager of finance a list of the underwriters involved in such transaction together with a list of the participating dealers, if different, and the percentage of participation by each underwriter involved.
