Sec. 261-406. - Jurisdiction over stormwater management district. Pursuant to the provisions of IC 8-1.5-6, the board of public works is established as the board which shall have exclusive jurisdiction over the collection and disposal of stormwater within the Marion County Stormwater Management District.
