11.68.115 - Compensation received. Persons who receive compensation from The Fremont Street Limited Liability Company to engage in any activity within the Pedestrian Mall that, except for the payment of such compensation, would qualify them as street performers under this Chapter are subject to the following restrictions as if they were street performers as defined by this Chapter: (A) Section 11.68.107(C)(2), except for Subparagraph (e) thereof; (B) Section 11.68.107(C)(4); and (C) Section 11.68.107(C)(5).
