§33.0802 Definitions For purposes of this Division: “ABC license” means a license issued by the California Department of Alcoholic Beverage Control. “Entertainment venue” means any commercial establishment or assemblage that (1) features, allows, or provides live entertainment, is open to the general public, and is a police-regulated business, or (2) is a public dance and a police-regulated business.
