A. Maintenance of roll-offs. Haulers of roll-offs from properties generating construction or demolition material shall maintain the roll-offs in a clean and nuisance free condition. Generators and the authorized party for a property generating construction or demolition material shall maintain the area surrounding the roll-offs in a clean and sanitary condition, free of litter or any other accumulation of solid waste.
B. Replacement of roll-offs. In the event a roll-off becomes damaged or stolen, the authorized party, for a property generating construction or demolition material, shall contact the hauler for replacement of the affected roll-off.
