Sec. 118.503. - Loss of eligibility for failure to comply with this Chapter. A recipient failing to comply with requirements of this Chapter shall be ineligible to apply for or receive a City Grant pursuant to the provisions of this Chapter or a funding recommendation pursuant to the provisions of Part 8 until being certified by the Council Auditor as being in compliance.
