§ 34-65 TERM; ISSUANCE NOT TO CREATE VESTED RIGHTS. No license granted under the terms of this division shall extend for a period in excess of one year. No such license shall be deemed to grant a vested or property right, but such license shall remain subject to the terms and provisions of this division and subject to such future regulations as shall be promulgated by the city council by ordinance and any investment made by a licensee shall be made subject to this division.
