§ 12-110. - Powers and duties. (a) The Building Code Commission shall, from time to time, review the Building Code and all resolutions and ordinances pertaining thereto and consider any changes which may be required due to the introduction of new materials, equipment or technology or which may be requested by the Building Official, Chief Building Inspector, Chief Plans Examiner, members of technical trades, contractors or the general public. Such changes as the Commission deems appropriate shall be recommended to the Council in writing. (b) Other duties. The Commission shall have such other powers and duties as are provided by ordinance.
