Sec. 931-104. - Notification of claims for damage or loss. Every registrant under this chapter shall notify, within five (5) days, the Indianapolis Metropolitan Police Department of every claim the asserted value of which is five hundred dollars ($500.00) or more, by reason of the loss, theft or conversion of any motor vehicle, or personal property contained therein, while such vehicle was parked at the commercial parking facility.
