Sec. 591-623. - Amusement inspections. (a) The authorized representative of the fire prevention bureau shall inspect the building or structure and the Halloween amusement as often as may be reasonably necessary for compliance with applicable fire and life safety requirements for its intended occupancy. (b) Such inspections shall occur at the start of amusement construction, at permit issuance and during permit period. (G.O. 43, 2002, § 2)
