1.17.030 - General enforcement authority. Notwithstanding any other provision of the Riverside Municipal Code, an Enforcement Officer shall have the power to use the provisions of this chapter to enforce any and all provisions of this Code and to use whatever judicial and administrative remedies are available under this Code.
