Las Vegas Municipal Code § 7.08.070

The fee provisions of Section 7.08.060 shall not apply to an animal:
(A) Which has been trained, and is actually being used, as a guide animal, hearing animal, assistance animal, or seizure alert animal; and
(B) Whose qualification under Subsection (A) has been documented to the satisfaction of the Animal Protection Services Officer.
