18.06.104 - Minimum Requirements The provisions of these regulations shall be held to be minimum requirements only, and are not intended to repeal, abrogate, annul, or in any manner interfere with any existing covenants or rules; however, where these regulations impose a greater restriction than is required by such existing covenants or rules, the provisions of these regulations shall govern.
