6.16.010 - Title. This chapter shall be known and may be referred to in all proceedings as the City of Riverside Vegetation Management and Defensible Space Ordinance. The purpose of this chapter is to provide for the removal of hazardous vegetation and combustible materials situated within the City's limits to reduce the potential for fire and to promote the safety and welfare of the community.
