Denver Revised Municipal Code § 55-121 Required.

Sec. 55-121. - Required. It shall be unlawful for any person to engage in the business of repairing or of renting or loaning bicycles for hire, or altering bicycles, or buying or selling or exchanging used bicycles or bicycle parts, or bicycle accessories theretofore used, without first obtaining a license therefor from the manager of licensing and consumer protection. Sec. 55-122. - Fees. Application and license fees under this division are prescribed in section 32-51. (Code 1950, §§ 945.1, 945.3)

Denver Revised Municipal Code § 55-123 Bond prerequisite to issuance.

Sec. 55-123. - Bond prerequisite to issuance. Every person licensed under this division shall, before receiving such license, execute a bond to the city in the sum of five hundred dollars ($500.00). (Code 1950, § 945.4)
