§ 38-721. - Hours of operation. (a) No person shall enter into or remain upon nor shall any vehicle be left unattended in the NCRCRA between the hours of 11:00 p.m. and 5:00 a.m., unless: (1) The individual is using a trail as specifically permitted under this article, or (2) An extension of hours has been approved by the General Manager in accordance with NCRCRA policies and guidelines, or (3) The individual or entity is holding a valid permit regulated by this article and is engaged in the permitted activities.
