19.455.040 - Maintenance of premises. The premises where animals are kept shall be maintained in a clean, neat and sanitary condition at all times to ensure the public health, safety, comfort, convenience and general welfare pursuant to Title 6 - Health & Sanitation, Title 8 - Animals, and all other County and State regulations.
