Sec. 26-510. - Special parking areas. The city council may designate special parking areas to accommodate the unique parking needs in certain areas of the city upon consideration of an application filed in accordance with this division or in conjunction with an amendment to the walkable places plan. The planning official shall maintain a list of current special parking areas, maps and written descriptions of their boundaries, and their approved parking management plans on the department website.
