§ 40-93. - Chairman and Vice Chairman. The Board of Trustees shall annually elect a Chairman and Vice Chairman from its members. The Chairman and Vice Chairman shall serve beginning January 1 for a term of one year or until a successor is elected. In the event the Chairman and/or Vice Chairman ceases to be a member of the Board, the Board shall elect from its members a successor to serve the unexpired term. (Ord. No. 21916, § 2, 2-12-02)
