Las Vegas Municipal Code § 10.40.010 Movie theater advertising—Saloons or houses of ill fame.

10.40.010 - Movie theater advertising—Saloons or houses of ill fame. It shall be unlawful for any owner, manager, lessee or anyone having charge of or conducting a moving picture show in the City to show, display, project or exhibit, within a showhouse or place of business frequented by the public, upon a curtain, canvas or other object, by means of a moving picture machine or similar contrivance, or to allow to be shown, displayed, projected or exhibited within a showhouse or place of business frequented by the public upon a curtain, canvas or other object by means of a moving picture machine or similar contrivance, and by means of slides, films or similar device, any picture, sign, announcement or advertisement relating to or advertising any saloon, saloon business, or house of ill fame, situated or conducted within the City. Las Vegas Municipal Code § 10.40.020 Movie theater advertising—Penalty for violation.

10.40.020 - Movie theater advertising—Penalty for violation. Any person who violates or wilfully fails to comply with any of the provisions of Section 10.40.010 shall be punished by a fine of not less than ten dollars nor more than fifty dollars for each offense, or by imprisonment in the City Jail until such fine is paid, not exceeding one day for each two dollars of such fine. In case such fine is not paid, and upon complaint and proof that any owner, manager, lessee or anyone having charge of or conducting any such place described in Section 10.40.010 repeatedly violates Section 10.40.010 or any of the provisions thereof, the license for such place of business may be revoked by the Board of Commissioners. Las Vegas Municipal Code § 10.40.030 Profane, vile or obscene language.

10.40.030 - Profane, vile or obscene language. The use of profane, vile or obscene language or words upon the public streets, alleys, or highway of the City is prohibited. (Ord. 6 § 1, 1911: prior code § 6-1-28)

Las Vegas Municipal Code § 10.40.040 Urination or defecation in certain places.

10.40.040 - Urination or defecation in certain places. (A) For purposes of this Section: (1) "Appropriate sanitary facility" means a urinal, toilet, commode or other facility that accommodates or is designed for the sanitary disposal of human bodily fluids or waste and that is enclosed from public view. (2) "Public place" means any walkway, street, highway, sidewalk, bridge, overpass, alley or alleyway, plaza, park, driveway, transportation facility, park, recreational area, parking lot, vacant or undeveloped lot or the stairwells, alcoves, doorways and entrance ways to such places. (3) "Verified medical condition" does not include alcoholism or the excessive consumption of alcohol. (B) Any person who urinates or defecates in, on or about any of the following places, other than in an appropriate sanitary facility, is guilty of a misdemeanor: (1) Any public place; (2) Any private property into or upon which the public is admitted by easement or license; or (3) Any private property without the consent of the owner. (C) It is an affirmative defense to an offense described in Subsection (B) of this Section that such person then suffered from a verified medical condition which necessitated or caused such action. (D) It is unlawful for any person who has urinated or defecated in, on or about any public place, other than in an appropriate sanitary facility, to fail to clean or remove the material deposited, or to fail to dispose of the material used in the cleaning or removal process in a container designed for such disposal as required under Title 9. Such action must be taken immediately or as is otherwise immediately practicable under the attendant circumstances. (Ord. 5858 § 2, 2006: Ord. 5847 § 2, 2006)

Las Vegas Municipal Code § 10.40.050 Lewd exposure.

10.40.050 - Lewd exposure. Every person who wilfully and lewdly either exposes his person or the private parts thereof in any public place, or in any place where there are present other persons to be offended or annoyed thereby; or procures, counsels or assists any person to expose himself, or to take part in or make any exhibition of himself to public view, or to the view of any number of persons, such as is offensive to decency, or is adapted to excite vicious or lewd thoughts or acts, is guilty of a misdemeanor. Las Vegas Municipal Code § 10.40.060 Stud horses and jackasses.

10.40.060 - Stud horses and jackasses. If any person shall exhibit a stud horse or jackass in any of the streets of the City, or put any mare or jenny to a stud or jack within the limits of the City, except as such places as shall be approved by the City Manager, he shall be guilty of a misdemeanor.
