388.1801h. Appropriations; participating community colleges. Sec. 201h. In addition to funds appropriated under section 201(4)(b), as amended by 2025 PA 15, for fiscal year 2025-2026 only, $2,400,000.00 is appropriated from the state school aid fund for payments to participating community colleges. A community college that receives money under this section shall use that money solely for the purpose of offsetting the normal cost contribution rate. Add. 2026, Act 25, Imd. Eff. July 21, 2026 [Compiler] Former MCL 388.1801h, which pertained to payments to participating community colleges to offset the normal cost contribution rate, was repealed by Act 15 of 2025, Imd. Eff. Oct. 7, 2025.
