Sec. 45-21. - No deficiencies or set-offs permitted. The pawnbroker shall look to the property for payment of the debt and in no event to the personal credit of the customer. No set-off shall be allowed against a surplus or a deficit arising out of another transaction between the parties. (Ord. No. 793-86, § 1, 11-17-86)
