11-47-101. Title. This chapter is known as "Access to Elected Officials." Enacted by Chapter 45, 2011 General Session

Utah Code § 11-47-102 Definitions.

11-47-102. Definitions. For purposes of this chapter, "elected official" means each person elected to a county office, municipal office, school board or school district office, special district office, or special service district office, but does not include judges. Utah Code § 11-47-103 Public contact information.

11-47-103. Public contact information. Each elected official shall have a telephone number, if available, and an email address, if available, where that elected official may be reached directly. Enacted by Chapter 45, 2011 General Session
