Sec. 8-184. - Separation of vehicles. Each nonconsent storage lot operator shall, insofar as may be practicable, maintain all vehicles parked or stored without the consent of the vehicle owner in a separate and totally fenced and enclosed area and apart from any other vehicles that may be parked or stored upon the lot for any other reason.
