§ 14-2-34 - APPLICATION REQUIRED. (A) A person seeking a license to sell merchandise in the People's Renaissance Market must: (1) file an application with the director; and (2) except as provided in Section 14-2-32 (Exemption from License Fee), pay the fee established by ordinance. (B) An application submitted by a person 17 years old or younger must be signed by the person's parent or guardian.
