4123.41 - Driveways, finish grade. A driveway shall be constructed at or above the elevation of the street to which it connects. The grade of the driveway between the curb cut and the garage apron shall rise at least one foot (305 mm) above the elevation of the street curb. (Ord. 1404-99 § 2 (part): Ord. 733-06 § 18.)
