1303.011 - Purpose. The purpose of this refuse collection code is to preserve and promote the public health, safety and welfare by establishing minimum standards for the storage, collection, transportation, and disposal of acceptable and unacceptable waste in order to maintain a sanitary environment for the residents of the city. All provisions of Title 13 are enforceable by any investigator, law enforcement officer, or law enforcement agency. (Ord. No. 2846-2024, § 1, 11-18-2024)
