§ 47-311. - Non-violation permit termination. If a user is to vacate a premise or end tenancy, the City must be notified with a written permit termination request. The permittee is required to maintain compliance with this chapter to the date of termination and cease discharge upon the termination of the permit. The termination request must include the owner of the property and/or the operation or ownership of the premises or facilities have been transferred. The permittee may be held accountable following termination if violations of the chapter occur. (Ord. No. 27272, § 5, 1-31-23)
