Sec. 15-56. - Ethics, values, and guiding principles. Procurement personnel and others involved in a procurement must exhibit the highest level of ethical behavior so as to protect the integrity of the procurement process. Procurement professionals and those involved in any procurement in the city shall observe the values and guiding principles globally accepted and promulgated by public procurement professional organizations. Such values and guiding principles include but are not limited to: transparency, impartiality, accountability, professionalism, ethics and service. (Ord. No. 2015-668, § 4(Exh. B), 7-8-2015)
