Sec. 15-55. - Conflicts of interest. The CPO shall establish a process for addressing conflicts of interest in the procurement and contracting process. Such conflicts may be set forth in state law, common law, the city charter, and/or city ordinance. Anyone involved in procurement is required to disclose any conflict or appearance of conflict before participating in a procurement process. (Ord. No. 2015-668, § 4(Exh. B), 7-8-2015)
