Sec. 20-195. - Appeal from denial. An applicant whose application for a certified farmers market license has been denied may, within ten days, appeal to a hearing officer appointed by the director of public health. The hearing officer shall conduct a hearing in the same manner and upon the same procedures prescribed in sections 20-41 through 20-43 of this Code. (Ord. No. 04-1013, § 2, 9-29-04; Ord.
