§ 9-2907. Creation of the Malt and Brewed Beverage Hearing Board. (1) The Malt and Brewed Beverage Hearing Board is hereby created as a departmental board, as that term is used in the Home Rule Charter, in the Department of Licenses and Inspections. The Board shall be composed of three members appointed by the Mayor, with the advice and consent of a majority of the members of City Council.
