Sec. 40-168. - Definitions. The following words, terms and phrases, when used in this article, shall have the meanings ascribed to them in this section, except where the context clearly indicates a different meaning: (1) Earth materials shall mean dirt, sand, gravel, shell, clay, and any other materials of a similar nature. (2) Vehicle shall mean any truck, wagon, trailer, or any other type of vehicle, conveyance, equipment, or machine used to carry, haul, or to transport earth materials. (Code 1968, § 41-168)
