1133.91 - Civil penalty. Any person who negligently violates, or continues to negligently violate any provision of this chapter shall pay a civil penalty of not more than twenty-five thousand dollars ($25,000.00) for each violation. Each day or portion thereof during which such a violation occurs shall be considered a separate violation. (Ord. 1341-2006 § 1 (part).)
