§27.2710 Circulation of Petition A recall petition shall not be circulated for signatures until the twenty–first calendar day after publication of the notice of intention and statement, and shall not be circulated until a copy of both the notice and the affidavit pertaining to publication, as well as the affidavit of service, have been filed in the office of the Clerk as required by this Division.
