Sec. 6-80-4. - Rules and regulations of the director of police services relative to vehicles for hire. The director of police services is authorized and directed to make and enforce such additional rules and regulations, not in conflict with the provisions of this chapter, as the director may deem proper to regulate the operation of passenger vehicles for hire under a certificate issued pursuant to this chapter, provided that no regulation shall be made or enforced in conflict with this chapter or any other city ordinance.
