Sec. 28-121. - Collection of fees by DSBO to defray certification costs for procurement programs. The DSBO shall charge a certification fee, of not to exceed three hundred dollars ($300.00) to each applicant business enterprise seeking to be certified or to have certification(s) renewed under the provisions this article V of chapter 28.
