§33.1105 Disposal of Merchandise — Regulations It shall be unlawful for any pawnbroker or secondhand dealer to sell or otherwise dispose of any article, merchandise, or thing, except to the pledgor, for a period of thirty days from the date the report of its acquisition was made to the Chief of Police. All transactions shall be conducted only on the licensed premises. (Amended 2–23–1987 by O–16812 N.S.)
