10.60.040 - Violation-Penalty. Any person violating any of the provisions of this Chapter shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor and, upon conviction thereof, shall be punished by a fine of not less than one hundred dollars nor more than five hundred dollars and/or imprisonment in the City Jail for not more than six months, or any combination of such fine or imprisonment, no part of which fine or imprisonment may be suspended.
