Sec. 4.307.2. City Contribution to Employee Assistance Program. The Personnel Department is hereby authorized to expend the monthly sum necessary to cover the cost of an Employee Assistance Program approved by the Personnel Department for each unrepresented employee of the City of Los Angeles (excluding employees of the Department of Water and Power) who is a member of the City Employees’ Retirement System.
