Sec. 25-158. - Authority of MOSE. The MOSE director shall promulgate all forms and adopt regulations consistent with and necessary for the implementation of the provisions of this article. The regulations shall be subject to the approval of the directors. A copy of any regulations so promulgated shall be made available on the city website. (Ord. No. 2015-1302, § 2, 12-16-2015)
