11.50.060 - Interference with barricades, signs or lights. (A) No person shall, without lawful authority, attempt to or in fact alter, deface, injure, knock down, damage or remove any barricades or signs or warning lights that have been placed upon or in the area of temporary traffic control or detour or construction zone. (B) Any person who violates this Section is guilty of a misdemeanor. (Ord. 1563 § 1 (part), 1972: prior code § 10-30-8)
