Sec. 250.1011. - Certain permitted vendors grandfathered. Notwithstanding anything in the Ordinance Code, to the contrary, those persons holding Downtown sidewalk vending permits issued pursuant to Chapter 250, Part 5, Subpart A, issued at least six months before any special event as contemplated by this Chapter, including the Super Bowl, shall be authorized to conduct business, Mondays through Fridays, from 8:00 a.m. through 5:00 p.m. in accordance with their permits and Chapter 250, Part 5, during any such special event, subject to such reasonable minor adjustments in location as may be determined by the Special Events Division.
