Sec. 748.105. - Territorial application. This Chapter applies territorially throughout the General Services District but shall apply within the Second, Third, Fourth and Fifth Urban Services Districts only to the extent that the City has responsibility for construction or maintenance of that portion of the City streets and highways system lying within these districts.
