SEC. 17.07.1. NOTIFICATION REGARDING STREET LIGHTING MAINTENANCE ASSESSMENTS. The City Engineer shall cause to be filed, at the time of filing of any subdivision map with the County Recorder, a notice or notices which shall provide information with respect to each parcel in the subdivision regarding the obligation of any purchaser of such property to pay street lighting maintenance assessments pursuant to the provisions of Article 1 (Lighting District Procedures) of Chapter 3 (Street Lighting Improvements) of Division 6 (Special Assessment District Procedures) of the Los Angeles Administrative Code.
