§ 20-02 Applicability. These rules apply to any building for which (i) an administrator is appointed pursuant to Article 7-A of the Real Property Actions and Proceedings Law ("RPAPL") on or after August 19, 2003, or (ii) an administrator was appointed pursuant to Article 7-A of the RPAPL prior to August 19, 2003 and has not been discharged as of August 19, 2003.
